Ana Šincek (1996), born in Zagreb, Croatia, began her musical education under the guidance of Professor Dobrila Berković Magdalenić. She is a prizewinner of numerous national and
international competitions, including Young Talents for Europe, the Antonio Janigro Competition, the Sondeckis Competition, and the Liezen Cello Competition. Throughout her education, Ana regularly attended masterclasses with renowned musicians such as Silvija
Sondeckiene, David Grigorian, and Gustavo Tavares, all of whom played significant roles in her artistic development. After graduating from Elly Bašić Musical College in Zagreb, she continued her studies with Professor Othmar Müller at the Joseph Haydn Conservatory,
where she graduated in 2018. In 2025, she concluded her solo postgraduate studies under the tutelage of Professor Lilia Schulz-Bayrova at Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien. She is pursuing her postgraduate studies in chamber music with Professor Johannes Meissl at Universität für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Wien. As a soloist, Ana has performed with the Wind Symphony Orchestra of the Croatian Army in Zagreb. She has also collaborated with chamber ensembles and orchestras, showcasing her talent in Austria, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Croatia, India and Kazakhstan. In addition to her performing career, Ana is the co-founder of the “Outta Tune” project, and the founder and director of the Brač Classic Festival.
